This community service activity aims to increase public understanding and awareness of basic banking services and digital transaction security in Kertapati District. The background to the activity is the increasing use of digital financial services, which is not matched by adequate security literacy, thus opening up opportunities for financial fraud. The implementation method uses a practice-based, participatory approach through interactive lectures, discussions, fraud case simulations, and question-and-answer sessions. The activity results showed increased understanding of banking services and greater awareness of the risks of digital fraud. Participants also showed an early ability to recognize fraudulent tactics, such as phishing and misuse of OTP codes. In addition, there has been a change in attitude, as shown by increased prudence in transactions and in the handling of personal data. However, there are still limitations in understanding technical terms and a need for reinforcement through follow-up assistance. Overall, this activity contributes to improving people's financial literacy and digital security as a preventive measure against financial fraud in the digital era.
